About Us

We’ve been Finish It! Home Furnishings since 2002.
Since the beginning, our CFO (Chief Finishing Officer), Barbara Murphy and her staff have been finishing fine furniture and accents built by many of our quality craftsmen.

Our Commitment to REAL WOOD

Finish It! is a founding member of the REAL WOOD FURNITURE FINISHED YOUR WAY retailer certified by the Unfinished Furniture Association.  As such we have strict guidelines and 90% of the furniture we carry must be  real wood product. Real wood furniture is defined as furniture made of all natural wood or plywood, except that unexposed backs and drawer bottoms may contain fiberboard. Real wood furniture contains absolutely no particleboard.  With this said we are also very conscious of our need to be and stay green.  We know that our product is built to last and won’t end up another statistic in local landfills. This is something we have been practicing since the beginning before it was vogue,  it’s not just a phase we’ll go through, but a commitment to our environment and to purchasing and selling sustainable products.
